Yeah. Tons of manga. It helps me maintain my cantonese. XD

Jpop/Engrish, Kpop, Game music, Any soundtrack from Hayao Miyazaki's animations, anything I dub as good I suppose. (I listen to most of these because I have no idea what they're singing, except for the occasional engrish songs, which I laugh at because the lyrics are hilarious)

22. Do you play any instruments?
I did use to play the piano, then I quit, then I picked it up again, then I quit again, then I picked it up again, then I quit again. That's a total of three times in my life. I also took drumming lessons for a while, then I quit. Now I play the keyboard on my beauteous Mac.

23. How long have you been drawing?
I've been drawing ' properly ' since I was 14 or 15 I believe. Can't seem to get any better at it and I'm already 91!

Alright, I'm definitely impressed. I've managed to avoid updating my journal for 3 years since 2005 Christmas. What happened in these three years? Well I've graduated from Secondary school and ended up in university. And to think, I used to break into a sweat whenever I thought no university would accept me, but now I'm breaking in to a sweat trying to keep myself in. Okay, that probably wasn't the best way to express it. But obviously I need to work harder. XD But heeeey, a life devoid of alt+tabbing really is an expressway to procrastination. Plus, there are so many new games out for the DS. *Devours them all*

I got tagged by Mein Comrade so I suppose it is inevitable not to complete this XD (I know DSK you tagged me, but you haven't told me so hoho, swifty's icon gets to go on my journal and not yours)

3.) I really love eating sushi. It's much better than oysters, especially what happened after yesterday. *shudder* Just thinking about it makes me sick.
4.) I keep wishing I was really intelligent and have photographic memory, therefore institutes of hell (namely: school) would be easier.
5.) I don't understand religion. Really I don't. It just doesn't seem logical to believe in a greater being. We're probably a failed experiment by aliens from another planet. And since the birth of earth, they've been keeping an obseration diary, noting down what has happened.
6.)I consider myself lucky to have a loving family. (Even though there might have been times I've disliked them, it's not true. This is a philosophical + psychological problem. I'm sure people will understand)
7.) Hey! I'm 17 but I look 12! I once got into the movies purchasing a child's ticket. This is my wonderful natural ability. Rather useful I must say, but what will happen when I start driving?

Perhaps it's time to replace this random journal entry with a fresh new one! One that can last for about 2 months. I'm typing this entry on th very last day of my term 3 holiday break. My God. Time really does zoom pass quickly. The first week I spent my time trying to demolish my holiday homework, recuperate and have some fun. Then during the second week, I had to do 10 days of service for my CAS program. I helped out at a charity function known as 'The Great Bake'. It was pretty fun, interesting working there, preparing for the cooking of cakes and gift wrapping them all up. The only problem was that it was tiring and killed my muscles. I must have cracked open over 1000 eggs. But, the rewarding thing was..I've Learn new ways of cracking eggs open!! And i also tried to go HunterxHunter, holding two eggs in one hand, release my Nen energy...and smash the eggs together to see which one broke first. Then i figured that if i used the tip of the egg to whack the side of another egg, it'll always be intact and never break! Then, I also learnt to have fun while sifting plates of flour. Sift in 60 g of self raising flour, 250g of plain flour, a teaspoon of nutmeg, mixed spice, ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt, hen sif all this together onto a plate...as for the finale! Smooth the flour down and draw a smiley face on it. That's what i did as i prepared 50+ plates of flour nearly everyday. The worst thing to do was weighing the fruit, because the fruit was sticky and if you ran out, you had to tip in a new bucket which was too heavy for me to carry.
I admit I had a good time doing service this holiday, at least it gave me something to do and reason to wake up early, instead of lazing around and being a bum at home.

The grand highlight of my holiday was getting the RPG game FABLE! Woohoo! Yes Fable! The first time I ever heard of this game was when ~swiftsword told me about it while providing me ideas for my IT portfolio. I checked on the game and it looked interesting. Then we talked about it for a while and swiftae asked for opinions from other people who played it XD And indeed, it sounded like a great game! It has also won an award! It was quite amusing because when I first looked it up, it was a game for XBox only and I told swifty "If only the game came out for PC"..and a week later it did come out for PC. Overjoyed was I. Immediately, I preordered the thing and I had to wait 3 weeks for it. (it was delayed. Darn those shopkeepers for telling me to wait a fortnight fot it)

I tried it straight away after installation (but i only had 4 days of holiday left D: ARGH). The game really does live up to its reviews! Intereting story line, great graphics, excellent system. I loved it very much XD But now, school's about to start and i have to study for tests and the upcoming exams. Ugh.


I also watched FFVII: AC during these holidays. I've decided to call it Flying Fools VII: Acrobatic Clowns. Main storyline: *BZZT* "ERROR". Sorry, there was no storyline. It was mainly fighting. For a more detailed analysis of the movie, see ~swiftsword 's journla entry!
